People across the Chicago area are wilting under a record-setting, triple-digit heat wave.
Heat indices are forecast to reach between 108 and 118 degrees during the afternoon hours over the next two days.
The last time the Chicago area hit high temperatures of above 100 for three consecutive days was 65 years ago - in the summer of 1947.
