Maria Brown, of Lincoln-Way Central, is this week’s Jenny’s Steakhouse/SouthtownStar Girls Volleyball Player of the Week.
Brown, a junior outside hitter, totaled 20 kills, 16 digs, seven blocks and four aces in two matches as the Knights swept Lincoln-Way North and Marist to win the Class 4A Lincoln-Way North Regional.
