Bria Gaines, of Bloom, is this week’s Beggars Pizza/SouthtownStar Girls Basketball Player of the Week.
Gaines, a senior center, led all scorers with 17 points against Homewood-Flossmoor, then poured in 25 points in a victory over Rich Central.
