Here are events worth getting out of the house for on May 22.

NATURE BINGO: The Wetlands Discovery Center at Park Forest Aqua Center, 30 N. Orchard Drive, will host this 45-minute themed bingo game at 9:30 a.m. After creating the game, attendees will go on an interpretive hike if weather permits. The theme is aquatic critters. DESIGN A BOARD GAME: The Bridge Teen Center, 15555 S. 71st Court, Orland Park, will host this competition beginning at 5 p.m. Attendees will be given a blank game board to come up with a theme, design how the game will be played and decorate the board and pieces. CINEVERSE: This film discussion group meets at 7 p.m. at the Oak View Center, 4625 W. 110th St., Oak Lawn, to screen “You Can’t Take It With You.” CineVerse member Norm Omiecinski chose this 1938 movie starring James Stewart.
