Matteson Panera has free treats Friday

To mark the addition of a drive-through window, the Matteson Panera Bread, 4864 W. 211th St., will offer a free 16-ounce coffee or fountain drink and Cinnamon Crunch bagel from 7 to 9 a.m. Friday, or while supplies last.

PWN to host talk on leadership

Iris Gordon will give a talk titled “Effective Leadership in Trying Times” at a program hosted by the Professional Women’s Network Feb. 3 at The Egg and I, 7164 W. 183rd St., Tinley Park.

Gordon is a business consultant with a backround in executive leadership and human resources. Check-in for the talk starts at 8:15 a.m.

Chambers to celebrate Mardi Gras

Area chambers of commerce will take part in a Mardi Gras-themed business after hours from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 7 at Together We Cope, 17010 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park.
