Southland chamber to meet in Tinley

Laurence Msall, president of The Civic Federation, will be the featured speaker at the next Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce Regional Consensus lunch Sept. 10 in Tinley Park.
The event will be held at the Tinley Park Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center, 18451 Convention Center Drive. Registration and networking begin at 11:30 a.m.

Business breakfast at Silver Lake CC
Anthony DeNovellis will discuss strategies for running a business in a tough economy at the next meeting of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce, starting at 7:45 a.m. Sept. 26 at Silver Lake Country Club, 14700 S. 82nd Ave., Orland Park.
DeNovellis is employed with First Midwest Bank and is a board member for ACCION Chicago and the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce.
The cost is $14 for chamber members who register in advance, and $17 for nonmembers as well as members registering the day of the event.
