Office buildings to be auctioned

Four office buildings in Olympia Fields will be auctioned next month, according to online auction firm Auction.com, which is offering the properties.
The buildings are part of the nine-building Governors Office Park on Governors Highway south of Vollmer Road. The firm said the online auction will have a starting bid of $950,000, with bidding opening Sept. 25 and closing Sept. 27.
According to the property description posted at the website, the buildings have a combined 107,000 square feet of office space and have an occupancy rate of about 43 percent. The buildings were constructed between 1980 and 1986, according to the website.
The buildings being sold are at 19900, 20000, 20200 and 20280 Governors Highway.
