Fast-food operator Wendy’s said it will hold a grand reopening and ribbon cutting Monday at its newly remodeled Hickory Hills restaurant, 7920 W. 95th St. The chain said the Hickory Hills location is the first Wendy’s in Illinois to sport the new contemporary design.
The restaurant will open to the public at 9 a.m. Monday.
The company conducted nationwide research and studied every aspect of the customer’s restaurant experience. Based on this feedback, Wendy’s completely overhauled the interiors and exteriors creating four different designs, including the contemporary design.
“These new remodels are part of a multi-year strategy to reinvigorate our brand and the way our customers interact with us,” John Zielinski, Divisional Vice President for Wendy’s International, said.
