And just in time, Starbucks comes to the rescue with its Half Price Happy Hour, where all Frappuccinos are half price every day from 3 to 5 p.m. through May 13. You don’t need a coupon or a secret handshake to get it, but this offer does come with the usual disclaimer of “at participating locations only.”
