POLITICAL LEADERSHIP THROUGH TURBULENT TIMES: Governors State University’s free Dynamic Leadership Lecture Series concludes with this program by U.S. Rep. Robin Kelly (D-Ill.) at 6:30 p.m. in the Center for Performing Arts, 1 University Parkway, University Park. The former state representative has extensive legislative experience. She also was the first black woman to serve as chief of staff for a constitutional officer in Illinois when she was in the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office.
