ANIMALS FOR AWARENESS: Homewood Public Library, 17917 Dixie Highway, hosts this event at 4 and 5:30 p.m. Attendees can visit with exotic and native animals and learn the best way to care for both. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets will be distributed a half-hour before each showtime on a first-come, first-served basis. AN EVENING WITH REVOLVER: Tinley Park Public Library, 7851 Timber Drive, presents this program at 7 p.m. Beatles author and pop culture historian Robert Rodriguez will share promotional clips, rare photos and unreleased audio of the group at work.
