“DIGITAL DIVAS”: This exhibit is on display to Sept. 28 at Salon Artists Gallery, 294 Main St., Park Forest. Faye Zalecki and Janet Pratt present their digitally manipulated images. Admission is free. The gallery is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The cooperative art gallery features painting, jewelry, woodwork, photography, handblown glass and multimedia by numerous artists. “IMPRESSIONISM AND FASHION”: Orland Park Public Library will host this Art Excursions presentation for adults at 7 p.m. at 14921 Ravinia Ave. to explore the interrelationship between late 19th century fashion trends in Paris and the modern paintings of Claude Monet, Edouard Manet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir and other Impressionists. There also will be a discussion of specific works of art, fashions of the period and the role of landmark department stores in making new fashions available to the middle class.
