“Hansel And Gretel”: The Children’s Theatre Company from South Suburban College stages this show at 9:45 and 11:30 a.m. to Friday and 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday in the Kindig Performing Arts Center on the main campus, 15800 S. Illinois Sierra Club: The Sauk-Calumet Group of the Illinois Sierra Club conducts its monthly meeting at 7:15 p.m. at the Frankfort Public Library District, 21119 Pfeiffer Road. The group will have its annual members’ slides night featuring photos of this past year’s experiences involving nature. People who enjoy outdoor activities, who want to protect the environment or who wish to preserve the world are encouraged to attend.
