Lockport native and WWE champion CM Punk will be at “Raw” on Sept. 3 at Allstate Arena, 6920 N. Mannheim Road, Rosemont. The show begins at 6:30 p.m., and will include a live broadcast beginning at 7 p.m. on USA Network.
