Lake Katherine Nature Center & Botanic Gardens hosts the Monarch Butterfly Festival from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at 7402 W. Lake Katherine Drive, Palos Heights.

Weekend
Sept. 14’s Weekend magazine will feature a preview of the 57th annual Park Forest Art Fair, which will include the Main Street Music Fest.
