THE JACKSONS
Siblings Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito Jackson will make their Star Plaza Theatre debut as they bring the Jacksons Unity Tour 2012 to Merrillville, Ind., on June 22.
Adored by millions of fans that world over, the Jacksons forever changed the landscape of popular music.
With classic No. 1 hits like “ABC,” “ I Found That Girl,” “ I Want You Back” and “I’ll Be There,” the Jacksons reinvented, and reinvigorated the pop sound, leaving their mark on the top of the charts, as well as in the hearts of millions of global fans, making them icons to this day.
As the Jackson 5 they were the first group ever to have their first four singles hit No. 1, not to mention being the youngest group to be inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
The Jacksons last toured together in support of their “Victory” album in 1984. They have returned to the road and will be performing tunes from all eras of their celebrated career from the Jackson 5, the Jacksons and Jermaine Jackson’s solo career.
This is the show to see,” officials said. “Don’t miss it.”
