Ulanski graduates basic training
Air Force Airman 1st Class Derek A. Ulanski, of Lockport, graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Ulanski is the husband of Virginia Ulanski, the father of Natalia Ulanksi and the grandson of Rita Ulanski and the late Henry Ulanski.

Wood finishes combat training
Army Pvt. Keith T. Wood graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C.
Wood is the son of Shantinel Laws and the brother of Kirk Marshall, both of Park Forest. He is a 2006 graduate of Rich East High School.

Harper completes military training
Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Derrick L. Harper graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Harper is the son of Yolanda Foster and the nephew of Caroline Foster, both of Chicago. He is a 2009 graduate of Bogan Computer Technical High School in Chicago.

Demski graduates infantry training
Army Pfc. Cameron A. Demski graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga.
Demski is the son of Kenneth and Maritza Demski, of Oak Lawn. He is a 2009 graduate of Oak Lawn Community High School.
