VEHICLE BURGLARY: A laptop computer was stolen May 28 from an unlocked vehicle in the 13000 block of Cantigny Lane.
GRAFFITI: Graffiti was found May 29 on the garage door of a house in the 13000 block of Dublin Road.
VEHICLE BURGLARIES: A GPS system was stolen from an unlocked vehicle and a radar detector was taken from another May 31 in the 14000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.
BURGLARY CHARGE: A teenage boy was charged with vehicle burglary and another was charged with driving without a valid license after a stop June 1 in the 14000 block of Pheasant Lane, police said. They said the vehicle was stopped because it matched the description of one in which youths were seen earlier reaching out and trying to open doors on vehicles parked along the street. Several phone chargers, a GPS unit and two iPods were found inside the vehicle, according to police.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: A money clip with cash was stolen June 1 from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.
BURGLARY: An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen June 2 during a burglary at Pizza Mia, 14209 Bell Road.
PURLOINED PURSE: A purse was stolen June 3 from an unlocked vehicle in the 14000 block of Innisbrook Lane,
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Jose Melendez, 28, 7435 Tiffany Drive, 2B, Orland Park, was charged with domestic battery after a May 11 incident at his home, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Mark Johnson, 25, unknown address, was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to wear a seat belt and illegal transportation of alcohol after a May 16 stop on 159th Street, police said. They said the driver, Georgetta Sisson, 31, 9400 Bishop Ave., Chicago, was also charged with possession of marijuana and not wearing a seat belt and was arrested on a Sauk Village warrant for driving on a suspended license.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Robert Misniakiewicz, 57, 17533 Kelsey Lane, Orland Park, was charged with domestic battery after a May 18 altercation at his home, police said.
DUI ARREST: Harry Washington, 46, 12330 Bishop St., #15, Calumet Park, was charged with drunken driving and illegal transportation of alcohol after a stop May 18 on 173rd Street, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Timothy Coit, 31, 700 Buckboard Drive, New Lenox, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, having a loud muffler and no front license plate after a May 19 stop in the 17900 block of Southwest Highway, police said.
HEROIN CHARGE: Jeffrey Madsen, 22, of Manhattan, was charged with possession of heroin after witnesses told police he was shooting up May 20 in a car in a parking lot in the 14400 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Crystal Fakhouri, 19, 5104 Chippewa Court, Oak Forest, was charged with retail theft after stealing $161 in women’s clothing May 22 from Macy’s at Orland Square Mall, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Paul Robinson, 27, 12613 71st Court, Palos Heights, was charged with drunken driving, following too closely, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no insurance after running into a concrete median May 24 in the 15500 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
DRAG RACING: Bobby Kentrick Jr., 34, of Peotone, was charged with drag racing and speeding after police spotted his Ford Mustang May 25 on 159th Street, police said.
DUI CASE: Francisco Palafox, 27, 7407 W. 157th St., Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use, driving without a valid license and no insurance after being stopped May 30 in the 9100 block of 159th Street, police said.
