Frankfort, Mokena police blotter
DRUG CHARGE: Lisa Skrobanski, 29, 13640 S. 84th Ave, Orland Park, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug equipment and retail theft after being arrested July 11 in the 19900 block LaGrange Road, police said.
VANDALISM: A public restroom was damaged July 12 at Kansas and White streets.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Victoria Remblos, 21, 9501 Elm, Mokena, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop July 13 at Old Frankfort Way and White Street, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen July 15 from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Commissioners Park in the 22100 block of 80th Avenue.
VANDALISM: A mailbox was damaged July 19 in the 9200 block of Gulfstream Road.
BATTERY: Gina Neri, 20, 40 Golf View Lane, Frankfort, was charged with battery, criminal trespass to a vehicle and underage drinking, and Carly A. Gerdes, 19, 514 Illinois Road, Frankfort, was charged with underage drinking after a July 20 incident in the first block of Golf View Lane, police said.
DUI ARREST: Maria E. Mora, 39, of Minooka, was charged with drunken driving, parking in the roadway and no insurance after a stop July 21 in the 23000 block of Scheer Road, police said.
CAR BURGLARY: A purse and a laptop computer bag were stolen July 16 from an unlocked car in the 19600 block of Cambridge Drive.
DUI ARREST: Neal Crost, 49, 22030 Coriander Lane, Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after a July 20 stop in the 10100 block of 191st Street, police said.
IDENTITY THEFT: A resident of the 19400 block of Manchester Drive told police someone made more than $3,000 in authorized purchases with his debit card at various stores on July 21 and 22.
HIT AND RUN: Matthew Silberman, 22, 19536 Pheasant Lane, Mokena, was charged with hit and run, illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and texting while driving after a crash July 21 in the 19600 block of Glennell Avenue, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGES: Two passengers in a car — a 17-year-old Mokena boy and Stephen Windle, 19, 717 S. Cedar Road, New Lenox — were charged with possession of marijuana after a stop July 22 at 189th Place and Wolf Road, police said.
