POT POSSESSION: Ashley Clark, 21, 1521 Otto Blvd., Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana after being questioned by police Sept. 1 in the 1900 block of Yale Avenue, police said. They said Roosevelt Hall Jr., 55, 307 Miami St., Park Forest, was charged with obstructing police for harassing officers while they questioned Clark.
BATTERY: Two Chicago Heights women told police they were attacked Sept. 1 by four other women outside of East Side Food & Liquor, 223 E. 14th St.
BURGLARY: A stove and refrigerator were stolen Sept. 2 from a vacant house in the 1900 block of Division Street.
TRESPASSING: Rudolph Terrell, 24, 414 W. 14th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with criminal trespass and possession of marijuana after refusing to leave the Pace Bus Terminal, 46 E. 16th St., on Sept. 2, police said.
POT PLANT: Police responding to a tip from a Chicago Heights landlord found a 6-foot-tall marijuana plant hanging from the rafters of a detached garage Sept. 4 in the first block of Hickory Street.
CAR THEFT: A car was stolen Sept. 4 in the 400 block of Joe Orr Road, and it was found destroyed by fire in Blue Island.
DUI ARREST: Anthony Mikus, 31, 1526 Austin Ave., Crete, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after a Sept. 5 stop in the 400 block of Parnell Avenue, police said.
HOME BREAK-IN: A Chicago Heights woman told police someone broke into her home Sept. 5 in the 400 block of Concord Drive and spilled raw eggs, chicken, milk, sugar and flour over her kitchen floor and stole a lawn mower from her shed.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Andre Nolan, 19, 15639 Ashland Ave., Harvey, was charged with domestic battery after a Sept. 5 incident at the Olympic Village apartments, police said.
VANDALISM: A vulgar phrase was carved into the hood of a car Sept. 6 in the 1300 block of Vincennes Avenue.
