THEFT: An iPhone was stolen Sept. 19 from a man who was working out at L.A. Fitness, 18400 Convention Center Drive.
POT POSSESSION: Travis Brent, 23, 7710 Grovewood Lane, Frankfort, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Sept. 19 stop in the 17700 block of Oak Park Avenue.
VANDALISM: A beer bottle was thrown Sept. 20 to break the front window of a house in the 17500 block of Woburn Avenue.
BURGLARIES: An iPod was stolen Sept. 21 from an unlocked car in the 8500 block of Brandau Court. Tools and electronics were stolen the same day from a garage on the block.
RETAIL THEFT: Eugene Dent, 53, 12320 S. Union, Chicago, was charged with retail theft and possession of heroin after he stole six bottles of whiskey Sept. 21 from Jewel-Osco, 17117 Harlem Ave., police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: David Kauthe, 27, of Bolingbrook, was charged with possession of marijuana after being questioned by police Sept. 21 outside the Harald Viking Lodge, 6730 W. 175th St., police said.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Joan Perryman, 50, 6131 W. 167th St., Tinley Park, was charged Sept. 21 with disorderly conduct after threatening an arborist who was performing an estimate at her home and then driving recklessly on his lawn, causing damage, police said.
THEFT: A wallet was stolen Sept. 22 from a woman’s locker at L.A. Fitness, 18400 Convention Center Drive. A credit card belonging to the victim was used to make purchases that day at a nearby Kmart store.
CAR BURGLARY: An iPhone was stolen Sept. 23 from a car parked in a store lot in the 16000 block of Harlem Avenue.
THEFT: About $4,000 worth of jewelry was stolen Sept. 26 during an estate sale at a home in the 9400 block of Dundee Place.
POT POSSESSION: Aaron Jones, 27, 1945 Cambridge St., Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana after being questioned by police Sept. 26 in the 8600 block of 159th Street, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Lashaun Thomas, 23, 14933 Turlington Ave., Harvey, was charged with retail theft after stealing $560 worth of diapers, underwear and children’s clothing Sept. 27 from Super Kmart, 16300 Harlem Ave., police said.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: A patio door was damaged Sept. 27 during an apparent attempted burglary of a home in the 9000 block of Mansfield Drive.
DUI ARREST: Danielle Lanham, 25, 6824 White Egret Court, Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving and failure to yield after a Sept. 29 stop in the 7000 block of 173rd Street, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: Jewelry was stolen Oct. 2 from a house in the 6500 block of Vogt Street.
HOME BURGLARY: A purse was stolen Oct. 3 or 4 during a burglary of a house in the 7700 block of Marquette Drive.
TRESPASSING: Krystina Sonner, 45, 14 W. Elm St., Apt. 1609, Chicago, a former employee of La Quinta Inn, 7255 W. 183rd St., was charged with criminal trespass after she was spotted in the hotel parking lot Oct. 4 after being banned from the premises, police said.
