BURGLARY: A Woodstock man told police someone broke into a house he is rehabbing in the 1600 block of Division Street and stole two circular saws, drills and other tools between Nov. 11 and Dec. 2.
BURGLARY: Copper pipe was stolen Dec. 2 from a vacant house in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue and chrome tire rims were taken from from the yard.
DUI ARREST: Edward Flenori, 52, 1023 Parkview Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol after a Dec. 4 stop in the 100 block of Joe Orr Road, police said.
BURGLARY: Someone broke into a vacant house in the 100 block of West Normandy Drive and stole 20 feet of copper pipe sometime before Dec. 4.
THEFT: A mortar mixer was stolen Dec. 4 from a work site in the first block of Joe Orr Road.
BURGLARY: Twenty storage bins were stolen during a burglary Dec. 4 of a storage area in the 1400 block of Western Avenue.
DUI CHARGE: Melvin Wilks-Saunders, 24, 1458 Vincennes Ave., Crete, was charged with drunken driving, running a red light, disobeying a stop sign and no insurance after a stop Dec. 4 at 16th Place and Chicago Road, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Eric Bell, 32, 17475 Park, Country Club Hills, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance, driving in the wrong lane and not wearing a seat belt Dec. 4 after a stop at Joe Orr Road and Western Avenue, police said.
BURGLARY: Intruders ransacked several offices Dec. 4 or 5 at the South Suburban PADS Shelter, 414 W. 14th St. It was not immediately clear if anything was stolen.
THEFT: Fencing and metal ramps were stolen Dec. 5 from a yard in the 600 block of West 15th Street.
BURGLARY: A refrigerator was stolen and a window, wall and thermostat were damaged between Dec. 5 and 13 at a vacant house in the 500 block of Andover Street.
DOGNAPPING: A Chicago Heights man told police someone stole his pit bull Dec. 6 from his back yard in the 300 block of West Hickory Street.
VAN BURGLARY: A purse and prescription medication were stolen Dec. 8 from a van in the 200 block of East 21st Street.
