WALLET STOLEN: A wallet was stolen March 24 from a patron of AJ’s Restaurant in the 300 block of West U.S. 30. The victim told police he left it on the counter and when he realized it was missing, he could not find it.

RETAIL THEFT: Austin Johnson, 18, and Dante Ferguson, 18, both of Joliet, were charged with retail theft after they stole merchandise March 24 from Wal-Mart in the 500 block of U.S. 30, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Dennis Kolodziej, 48, 2021 Sanford Ave., New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was arrested on a Will County warrant after a stop March 25 at Argyle Lane and Jackson Branch Drive, police said.

PURLOINED PURSE: A purse was stolen from a work desk March 25 in the 100 block of Batson Court.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: Various items were taken from an unlocked vehicle March 28 in the 100 block of Kimber Drive.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Christopher Schultz, 26, 226 Locust Lane, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having an obstructed windshield and no insurance after a March 31 stop at Hillside and Vine Street, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Nicholas Moustis, 24, 246 Blackthorne, Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license, disobeying a traffic signal and no insurance after being stopped April 2 in the 900 block of East U.S. 30, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Danielle Chancey, 27, 733 Bon Terre Road, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no front plate and no insurance after she was stopped April 2 in the 300 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Bryan Querry, 30, 1223 Towncrest Drive, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no rear plate light and no insurance after a stop April 4 in the 600 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

WARRANT ARREST: Rebecca Sevening, 40, 335 Sunset Trail, New Lenox, was arrested on a Kankakee County warrant and was charged with driving on a suspended license, no front license plate and no insurance after an April 4 stop at Prairie Road and Haven Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Kevin Karafiat, 23, 16119 Bent Grass, Lockport, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and driving on a suspended license after he was stopped April 5 at U.S. 30 and Vine Street, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Daniel McNamara, 23, 123 Branchaw Blvd., New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no front license plate after being stopped April 5 in the 400 block of Nelson Road, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: An iPod was stolen from an unlocked vehicle April 7 in the 2300 block of Rock Canyon.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: John Diffenderfer, 37, 3702 Spyglass, Palos Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and no insurance after a stop April 8 at U.S. 6 and Gougar Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Beverly Ware, 333 Somonauk St., Park Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped April 9 in the 1800 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

THEFT: Copper cable valued at about $600 was stolen March 28 from a locked container at a business in the 18000 block of Wolf Road, Frankfort Township.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Shawn Roe, 35, 11225 Wexford Drive, Mokena, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop March 28 at Harlem Avenue and St. Francis Road, Frankfort Township, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Rasheem Campbell, 21, 3434 W. 136th St., Robbins, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a March 29 stop at Interstate 80 and Parker Road in New Lenox Township, police said.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Stephen Slusarski, 24, 13705 Ironwood Circle, Homer Glen, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless driving and fleeing/eluding police after an incident March 29 at 195th Street and Regan Road, Frankfort Township, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Cornelius J. Jackson, 21, 763 Cambridge, Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped March 29 at U.S. 30 and Harlem Avenue in Frankfort Township, police said.

VEHICLE THEFT: A 2011 Jeep Cherokee was stolen March 30 from the driveway of a residence in the 7700 block of Laurel Drive, Frankfort Township. Sheriff’s police found the Jeep later near U.S. 30 and 79th Avenue.

REVOKED LICENSE: Jabier Moreno-Lopez, 29, 660 Huntbridge, Matteson, was charged with driving on a revoked license, no insurance and illegal use of cellphone after being stopped March 30 at U.S. 30 and Harlem Avenue, police said.
