DUI ARREST: Sylvia Jagielski, 78, of Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after a May 23 stop in the 7400 block of 183rd Street, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Hugo Xique-Cuatlacuatl, 29, of Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use, driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop May 23 in the 17000 block of 71st Avenue, police said.
VANDALISM: Paint balls were fired May 23 at bricks and windows in the front of a house in the 7800 block of 167th Street.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Robert Houston, 23, 16701 Lakewood Drive, #102, Tinley Park, was charged with domestic battery after a May 24 incident at his home, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Michael Walrath, 53, of Tinley Park, was charged with domestic battery after a dispute May 25 at his residence, police said.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: John Lucas, 40, of Tinley Park, was charged with aggravated assault after a May 25 domestic disturbance at his home, police said.
CAR BURGLARY: A purse was stolen May 26 from an unlocked rental car in the 7700 block of 162nd Place.
THEFT: Shannon Rice, 24, of Matteson, was charged with burglary and attempted theft after trying to steal wallets belonging to Best Buy employees May 27 from a staff room at the store, 7330 W. 191st St., police said. Rice is not an employee of Best Buy.
THEFT: A woman told police someone stole her iPad while she shopped May 28 at HomeGoods, 7420 W. 191st St.
CAR BURGLARY: A GPS unit and a dashboard camera were stolen May 30 or 31 from a car in the 16100 block of Creekmont Court.
CAR THEFT: A 2010 Kia Soul was stolen May 30 or 31 in the 16000 block of 84th Place.
VANDALISM: Five mailboxes in the 16500 block of Cherry Hill Avenue were damaged after being struck by a baseball bat on May 31.
CAR BURGLARY: A laptop computer and a cartoon of cigarettes were stolen May 31 from a car in the 16700 block of Paxton Avenue.
CAR BURGLARY: A briefcase was stolen May 31 or June 1 from a car in the 16100 block of 85th Avenue.
PILFERED PURSE: A purse was stolen June 1 from a car in a driveway in the 16600 block of Parliament Avenue.
THEFT: A catalytic converter was stolen June 2 from a car at the 80th Avenue Metra station lot.
BURGLARY: Someone cut the chain-link fence June 2 at Airy’s in the 7000 block of Duvan Drive and broke into several company vehicles, stealing various piece of equipment.
