ASSAULT: Capricia A. Johnson, 18, of Chicago, was charged with assault after a July 19 incident in the 100 block of Frederick Drive, police said.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Someone tried to kick down a service door of a garage in the 1600 block of Scott Avenue on July 19.
THEFT: A window air conditioner and grill were discovered stolen July 19 from outside a house in the 200 block of East 15th Street.
DUI CASE: Henry E. Hill, 65, 580 E. Steger Road, Crete, was charged with drunken driving, running a stop sign, speeding, improper lane use and no insurance after a stop July 19 in the 1400 block of State Street, police said.
GARAGE BURGLARY: Tools and shoes were stolen July 19 from a garage in the 800 block of Ashland Avenue.
BURGLARY: A microwave oven and computer were stolen July 19 or 20 from a trailer at Chicago Heights Recycling, 1715 Wentworth Ave.
DUI ARREST: Shareese M. Ross, 25, 4456 Balmoral Drive, Richton Park, was charged with drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, running a stoplight, no insurance and improper lane use after a July 20 stop at 13th Street and Wentworth Avenue, police said.
BATTERY: Eric V. Watson, 44, 2500 Terrace, Lynwood, was charged with battery after a July 20 altercation in the 600 block of South Halsted Street, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Jimmie D. Rodgers, 20, 143 Normal Ave., Riverdale, was charged with domestic battery after a July 20 incident in the first block of Olympic Village, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: Jewelry was reported stolen July 21 from an apartment in the 300 block of West 15th Place.
ROBBERY: A Ford Heights woman was punched in the face and robbed of her phone by a man July 22 at 14th Street and Center Avenue.
BATTERY: Mercedes Walker, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with battery and trespassing after a July 22 disturbance in the first block of West Hickory Street, police said.
BROKEN WINDOW: A woman broke a window July 22 on a house in the 1400 block of Fifth Avenue.
SLASHED TIRES: Four tires were slashed July 22 or 23 on a vehicle in the 100 block of East 23rd Street.
DUI ALLEGED: Brian W. Bainbridge, 36, 128 Monee Road, Park Forest, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and improper parking on the roadway after a stop July 23 at 23rd Street and Wentworth Avenue, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Norlishia Jones, 35, 1924 Campbell Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped July 23 at Beacon Boulevard and Western Avenue, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: A phone was stolen July 23 from a vehicle in the 200 block of Memorial Drive.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Salvador Sanchez, 24, 201 E. 23rd St., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license and having only one headlight after a July 23 stop at Chicago Road and McEldowney Street, police said.
SHOTS FIRED: About 15 bullets were fired July 23 into a house where two people were sitting and watching television in the 300 block of West 17th Street. Nobody was hurt in the incident.
BURGLARY: A door was forced open and work gloves and bronze figurines were reported stolen July 23 from Chicago Heights Recycling, 1715 Wentworth Ave.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Aaron Suett, 38, 194 W. Normandy St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after a July 23 incident at his home, police said.
DUI ARREST: Luis Garibay-Ramos, 26, 1301 Franklin Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with drunken driving after a July 24 stop at 23rd Street and Chicago Road, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Jaime Raga, 22, 274 Spruce Lane, Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with a report of domestic violence after a July 24 incident in the 600 block of Dixie Highway, police said.
BROKEN WINDOWS: Rocks were thrown July 24 through two windows of a house in the 1300 block of Vincennes Avenue.
ASSAULT: John D. Williams, 44, 1412 State St., Riverdale, was charged with assault and trespassing after a July 24 disturbance at Mobil Gas, 431 W. 14th St., police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Willie T. Alexander, 19, 5246 Imperial Drive, Richton Park, was charged with domestic battery after a July 24 altercation in the 1000 block of Chicago Road, police said.
BREAK-IN: A door was forced open July 24 at a vacant house in the 300 block of Concord Drive.
DUI CHARGE: Tavaris J. Bell, 29, 916 Union St., University Park, was charged with drunken driving, driving on a revoked license, parking on the roadway and not wearing a seat belt after a stop July 24 in the 400 block of West Hickory Street, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: Jewelry was stolen July 24 or 25 from a house in the 100 block of Pleasant Drive.
BATTERY: Lisa Hatten, 19, 1317 Center Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with battery and resisting arrest after a July 25 incident at her home, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Andrea Slaughter, 30, 2710 Woodworth Ave., Hazel Crest, was charged with driving on a suspended license and registration, no insurance and not wearing a seat belt after a stop July 25 in the 1400 block of Chicago Road, police said.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Someone broke two windows and began cutting copper pipes July 25 at a house in the 200 block of West 16th Street.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Robert A. Hall, 21, 1706 Richards Court, Flossmoor, was charged with driving on a suspended license and running a stop sign after being stopped July 25 at Serena Drive and Frederick Street, police said.
REVOKED LICENSE: Richard Troiani, 23, 222 Brentwood St., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a revoked license, fleeing from police, running a stop sign and no insurance after a July 25 stop on his block, police said.
REVOKED LICENSE: Alfredo Hernandez, 24, 280 W. 15th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a revoked license, no insurance and not wearing a seat belt after a stop July 25 at 15th Street and Edgewood Avenue, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: James Deeton, 40, 283 W. Elmwood St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after a July 25 altercation at his residence, police said.
