Crete library announces library card sign-up winners

Crete Public Library recently held its September Library Card Sign-Up Month.
Throughout the month, patrons could sign up for a new library card for a chance to win gift cards, calculators and backpacks filled with school supplies.
Winners included Tomer Proctor-Zenker, who won a calculator; and Kaireese Hearn, Donald Smith Jr., Kaleigh Hall, Carly Reichert, Katelyn Renstrom and Teddy Schutters, all of whom won a backpack of supplies.
Other winners included Darius Pendleton, who won a $50 Kohl’s gift card; and Diane McKeebe, who won a $50 Walt’s gift card.
