Marian Catholic High School will host an entrance exam for eighth-grade students at 8 a.m. Jan. 12 in the McCaughey Leadership Center at the school, 700 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago Heights.
Marian Catholic offers academic scholarships to incoming freshmen who score at the 90th percentile or more on the entrance exam, school officials said. Scholarships range from $2,000 to $8,000, depending on the student’s score.
Officials said students who receive Entrance Exam Scholarships still are eligible to apply for additional scholarships.
Students should bring two No. 2 lead pencils and a $25 test fee. No calculators will be allowed.
