The Crete Woman’s Club has named Rahsheed Flowers and Thomas Smith the 2013 Crete-Monee High School college scholarship recipients.

Flowers will attend Ohio State University and Smith will attend Roosevelt University.

The selection of these two students was based on their academic achievements plus their extensive involvement in community and school activities.

Each year the Crete Woman’s Club awards thousands of dollars in college scholarships to outstanding graduating students at Crete-Monee High School.
