HOME BURGLARY: A Chicago Heights woman told police someone broke into her house in the 1900 block of Cambridge Street, broke apart walls in the utility room and bathroom and stole an unknown amount of copper pipe between Sept. 21 and 30.
THEFT: About $600 worth of pots and pans were stolen between Sept. 23 and Oct. 3 from a storage locker in a basement in the 400 block of 14th Street.
THEFT: Two hubcaps were stolen Sept. 29 from a car in the 300 block of Serena Drive.
ASSAULT: Lorenzo Hill, 44, 410 Douglas, Park Forest, was charged with assault after a Sept. 29 domestic incident in the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, police said.
BURGLARY: About $1,000 worth of copper pipe was stolen Oct. 1 from a vacant home in the 100 block of Sherry Lane.
TODDLER ROBBED: A Chicago Heights woman told police someone stole her purse from her cart and a pair of shoes off her 2-year-old son’s feet while she was shopping Oct. 1 at a thrift store, 150 N. Halsted St.
DUI ARREST: Arthur Harden, 42, 449 Doral Terrace, University Park, was charged with drunken driving and driving on a revoked license after an Oct. 2 stop in the 1600 block of Western Avenue.
ROBBERY: A Manteno man told police he was beaten and robbed by two men Oct. 3 at 14th and Green streets while he was returning to his car. The men stole his wallet, phone and car keys and then fled the scene in his 1999 Ford Explorer.
DUI CHARGE: Ceandre Moore, 23, 945 Purdue, Matteson, was charged with drunken driving after a stop Oct. 3 at Chicago Road and Forest Avenue.
THEFT: A diamond ring was stolen Oct. 3 from an elderly patient at Prairie Manor Health Care, 345 Dixie Highway.
DUI ALLEGED: Todd Henderson, 40, 8319 S. Perry, Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and no insurance after he was stopped Oct. 4 at 14th Street and East End Avenue, police said.
DUI CASE: Luis Guajardo-Saldivar, 29, 2442 California Ave., Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, running a stop sign, driving without a valid license and no insurance after an Oct. 5 stop at East End Avenue and Main Street, police said.
DUI ARREST: Willie Young, 32, 4227 Greenbriar, Richton Park, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance, improper lane use, speeding and no registration after an Oct. 6 stop on Chicago Road, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Jacqueline Trevino, 27, of Bradley, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after being stopped Oct. 6 on Halsted Street, police said.
