The student council at Marian Catholic High School has been elected.

In addition to planning Homecoming Week activities, the group also schedules service events for the year such as the Christmas Food Drive and is pre-planning the annual Children’s Carnival for the spring semester.

Student council president Dillon J. Domke, of Monee, said he has big expectations for the group this year.

“Working with such a terrific group of people who are so determined, with a strong commitment to serve the school community, will make our fundraising and service projects much easier to manage,” he said. “This is a group of real go-getters.”

Marian Catholic student council members include Katlynn Dee, Olivia Giannetti, Troy Nutall, Zachary Einert, Kenneth Amadio, Daniel Guerrero, Matt Lamb and Sabrina Vellender, all of Chicago Heights; Brittany Forrest, Deandre Tate-Drummer and Janessa Jackson, all of Glenwood; and Iteaanna McKenzie, of Country Club Hills.

Other members include Amber Williams and Phelan Simpkins, both of Richton Park; Ursula Simmons, Cameron Lewis, Airiel Nelson, Ariana Wade, Chinenye Ukpaby and Regina Hoyles, all of Olympia Fields; and Guillan Sunega and Dillon J. Domke, both of Monee;

Other student council members at Marian Catholic High School include Lauren Faso, Amy Fleming and Malika McCloud, all of Homewood; Laura Hilger, of Oak Forest; Alexis Brown and Mariah Vega, both of Steger; Abby Brunner, Isabell Keating and Jori Hall, all of Flossmoor; and Nikki Panozzo and Kristin Jones, both of Tinley Park.

Other members include Gianna Patrizi, of Orland Park; Allison Spence, of Beecher; Bailey Dixon, Atlas Yu, Jakob Wagner and Jessica Bledsoe, all of Crete; Robin Wilson, of Frankfort; Alisa Mayfield, of Richton Park; Xia Pipkins, Cydney Taylor and William Caldwell, all of Matteson; and Kyle Brzeszkiewicz, of Park Forest.
