BASEBALL

FOOTBALL

Southland: Bo Jackson Elite Sports, 17130 S. Prime Blvd., Lockport, is offering new 7-on-7 instructional football leagues. The program runs on Sundays for seven weeks and is split into two divisions of fifth and sixth graders and seventh and eighth graders. The second session runs April 15 to May 28. The format of the program is 30 minutes of speed and agility training, 30 minutes of position specific offensive training, 30 minutes of position specific defensive training, and a 60-minute instructional 7-on-7 game.
