The South Side Irish St. Patrick’s Day Parade will get under way at noon March 10 down Western Avenue from 103rd to 115th streets in Chicago. Activities also will include the 11 a.m. Emerald Isle Mile race, which heads north down Western Avenue from 112th to 104th streets.
