The Oak Lawn Community High School chess team is performing at a high level this year with outstanding personal records.

Michael Gallapo, an eighth-grade student from Cassell Elementary School in Chicago’s Mount Greenwood community, has won the 24th annual Lions International Peace Poster Contest.
