Frankfort unveils road resurfacing projects

About a dozen streets will be resurfaced in Frankfort this summer. Village officials awarded the bid for the work to D Construction, Inc., for $916,639.
Work is scheduled to begin in early July and be completed in August. Any restoration will be done in September.
Streets to be resurfaced include:
Kansas Street (from White Street to Maple)
Walnut Street (from Kansas Street to Nebraska)
Maple Street (from Nebraska to Folkers Estates)
McKenna Way
Five Oaks Drive
Sunburst Point
Abbey Drive
East Bowen Street
Jeanette Court
Lawndale Boulevard
Stone Creek Subdivision
Old Stone Subdivision
Residents will be notified of work on their street, according to the village.
