Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

POT POSSESSION: Lacie Lucca, 21, 21819 Morning Dove Lane, Frankfort, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia June 21 at U.S. 30 and Settlers Pond Drive, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: Two 15-year-old boys, from Mokena and Frankfort, were charged with residential burglary June 23 in the 21400 block of Murphy Crescent, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen June 25 from an unlocked vehicle at Callista Street and Parkview Lane.

RUSE BURGLARY: Items were stolen from a house in the 19900 block of Crystal Lake Way while the homeowner was kept busy outside on June 25.

WARRANT ARREST: Joshua K. Daugherty, 24, of Monee, was arrested on a Will County warrant June 25 in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Natoya James, 30, 8905 Willow Terrace Drive, Orland Hills, was charged with driving on a suspended license, suspended registration and without insurance after a stop June 26 at Harlem Avenue and Hickory Creek Drive, police said.

MOKENA

BATTERY: Scott Youdris, 44, 8951 W. Dralle Road, Frankfort, was charged with battery after harassing a woman at Ace Hardware, 11600 Francis Road, between June 13 and 23, police said.

RESISTING POLICE: Ryan Walsh, 20, 154 S. Maple, Frankfort, was charged with resisting police and underage drinking after running June 14 from a police officer who was trying to question him at an apartment complex in the 10700 block of Green Meadows Drive, police said. They said Shannon Lassiter, 38, 10727 Green Meadows Drive, Apt. 1C, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile after police found alcohol and underage drinking occurring at her home.

BURGLARY: Nearly $11,000 worth of equipment was stolen between June 14 and 18 from Scrementi’s restaurant, which is under construction at 9716 W. 191st St. A mixer, ice cream freezer, deep fryer and lighting fixtures, were taken, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Daniel Foote, 27, 20558 Timber Mill Drive, Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving and driving in the wrong lane after a June 19 stop in the 19100 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

BURGLARY: An employee of Roll N Cigs, 19410 LaGrange Road, Mokena, told police someone broke a glass door June 19 and stole a case of cigarette carton boxes with paper tubes inside used to roll cigarettes.

DUI ARREST: William Ledwell, 34, 11636 Roberts, Apt. 1, Mokena, was charged with drunken driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and causing an accident with property damage after rear-ending another car in the 18600 block of Wolf Road on June 21, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: About $1,000 worth of golf equipment and two cases of beer were stolen June 21 or 22 from a home in the 18900 block of Parkway Lane.

CAR BURGLARY: A GPS unit was stolen June 22 from a car in the 18900 block of Parkway Lane.

VANDALISM: A convertible was scratched from the outside mirror to the rear tail lamp and its top was cut June 23 in the Hickory Creek Metra station lot.
