Part of Ridgemore Road in Mokena to close for most of September

Beginning Tuesday, Ridgemore Road in Mokena will be closed north of U.S. 30 while the Illinois Department of Transportation installs new pavement and improves the intersection of U.S. 30 and Ridgemore.
The road closure is expected to continue through most of September.
Traffic in and out of the Old Castle South subdivision will be detoured to Abbey Road and Wolf Road on the east side of the subdivision during the work.
