BURGLARY: Items were stolen Oct. 22 from a common garage area and a storage area in the 7300 block of Heritage Court.
DUI ARREST: James D. Hogan, 41, of Normal, Ill., was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and no insurance after an Oct. 26 stop at LaGrange Road and Nebraska Street, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Katherine M. Mather, 20, of Kankakee, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license after a stop Oct. 28 at LaGrange and St. Francis roads, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Michael A. Engel, 34, 3447 Sally Drive, Steger, was charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding after being stopped Oct. 30 at Harlem Avenue and Steger Road, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Noel Castillo, 39, 2718 W. 24th St., Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop Oct. 31 at U.S. 30 and LaGrange Road, police said.
DUI ARREST: Edward Arcos, 26, 10530 Sacramento Ave., Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, driving in the wrong lane and no insurance after a Nov. 1 stop in the 7900 block of U.S. 30, police said.
ROBBERY: A gunman stole cash and merchandise during a Nov. 1 robbery at a business in the 21100 block of LaGrange Road.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ruben Diaz-Hernandez, 39, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding Nov. 3 after a stop at Harlem Avenue and Steger Road, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Scott R. Whitelaw, 27, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after being stopped Nov. 3 at Center and Sangmeister roads, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: Items were stolen Nov. 4 during the burglary of a home in the 600 block of Hawthorne Drive.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Steven Roque, 27, 251 Indian Mound Drive, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a Nov. 4 stop in the 20500 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
BURGLARY: An unknown amount of goods and cash was stolen Nov. 4 from a business in the 19900 block of LaGrange Road.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen Nov. 5 from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Fairway Lane.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Paul Grossheider, 58, and Kyle Grossheider, 25, both of 19912 Anna, Mokena, were charged with domestic battery after a Nov. 6 incident at their home, police said.
BATTERY: Bill Jack Pelton, 32, of Pearland, Texas, was charged with battery after punching a 25-year-old New Lenox woman in the face Nov. 6 in the beer garden at 191 South, 10160 W. 191st St., police said.
ORDER VIOLATED: Brian Knierim, 58, 11001 Front St., Mokena, was charged with violating an order of protection Nov. 9 by trespassing at an apartment in the 8500 block of 192nd Street and intimidating the tenant, police said.
COKE, THEFT CHARGES: Ryan Smith, 19, 8750 St. Francis Road, Frankfort, and Joseph Pergolizzi, 20, 19400 Cherry St., Mokena, were charged with possession of cocaine and theft after police stopped them from leaving Denny’s restaurant, 19099 Old LaGrange Road, without paying a food bill on Nov. 9, police said. They said also charged with theft in the incident were James Payer, 20, 7335 Braemar Lane, and Andrew Coules, 19, 7735 Kingston Drive, both of Frankfort.
