Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A debit card was stolen Nov. 28 from an unlocked vehicle in the 7900 block of Pineview Lane and used to make unauthorized purchases.

WARRANT ARREST: Timothy Bitner, 45, of Manteno, was arrested Nov. 29 in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane on a Will County warrant for failure to appear in court, police said.

ALCOHOL CHARGES: Brandon Cholke, 21, 16432 Olcott Ave., Tinley Park, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding after a stop Dec. 2 in the 20900 block of LaGrange Road, police said. They said three passengers were charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and underage drinking — Kyle J. Fuller, 19, 17352 Harlem Ave.; Kevin McLaren, 19, 9313 Sutton Place; and Peter Santucci, 19, 9731 Westridge Road, all of Tinley Park.

VANDALISM: Several trees were damaged Dec. 3 in a park at Callista and Pine Ridge drives.

MOKENA

THEFT: A video game unit and $200 cash were stolen between Nov. 29 and Dec. 2 from a house in the 19500 block of 115th Avenue.

DUI CHARGE: Christian Bryll, 29, 1305 St. Charles Drive, Lockport, was charged with drunken driving, possession of drug equipment and speeding after a Dec. 5 stop in the 19700 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

DUI ARREST: Phillip Reitz Jr., 31, 10059 Cromwell Lane, Mokena, was charged with drunken driving, possession of drug equipment and improper lane use after a stop Dec. 6 in the 9700 block of 191st Street, police said.

BURGLARY ARREST: Eduardo Villagomez, 19, 19304 Thornham Lane, Mokena, was charged with vehicle burglary and criminal trespass after police found him inside someone else’s car Dec. 10 in the 19500 block of Scarth Lane, police said. they said officers found multiple stolen items, including a GPS system, a hunting knife and sunglasses, on Villagomez, some of which he stole earlier that night from two cars in the 19400 block of Lee Trim Court.
