Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

WEAPON CHARGE: Eduardo Ramos, 23, 981 Wingate Road, Olympia Fields, was charged with unlawful use of weapon, possession of marijuana, speeding and no insurance after a stop Jan. 15 at U.S. 30 and Locust Street, police said.

RECKLESS CONDUCT: Daniel Finneran, 23, 22131 Rockingham Road, Richton Park, was charged with reckless conduct, interfering with a report of domestic violence and resisting police after a Jan. 16 incident at LaGrange and Laraway roads, police said.

WARRANT ARREST: Michael Syla, 26, 515 Prairie Road, Matteson, was arrested Jan. 17 on a Will County traffic warrant in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane, police said.

VANDALISM: A mailbox was damaged Jan. 19 in the 10500 block of Yankee Ridge.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Hilario Baltazar, 38, 17247 S. 71st Court, Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Jan. 19 at LaGrange and LaPorte roads, police said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: A mailbox was damaged Jan. 19 in the 10600 block of Nebraska Street.

MARIJUANA CHARGE: Alex Gryczewski, 19, 510 Lincoln Lane, Frankfort, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment, underage drinking, improper lane use and no insurance after a Jan. 20 stop in the 9500 block of U.S. 30, police said.

DUI ARREST: Amy R. Hoffman, 36, 213 Pottawatomie Lane, New Lenox Township, was charged with drunken driving and failing to notify about an accident after a stop Jan. 20 at U.S. 30 and Elsner Road, police said.

VANDALISM: A mailbox was damaged Jan. 20 in the 10900 block of Nebraska Street.

MOKENA

STOLEN GAMES: The owner of a company called “Movies on the Go” told police someone used three stolen credit cards to rent five video games Jan. 18 from a kiosk at Gas N’ Wash, 8810 191st St., and never returned the games.

TRESPASSING: Trina Hodges, 41, 10739 Keeler Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence after refusing to leave a home in the 19500 block of 116th Avenue on Jan. 23, police said.
