DUI ARREST: Trinale Sellers, of Joliet, was charged with drunken driving, disobeying a traffic signal and no insurance after a stop March 23 in the 300 block of West Maple Street, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: A male juvenile from New Lenox was arrested after he allegedly removed items from a home March 25 in the 1000 block of Stonegate Drive, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Anthony Lesniewicz, 21, of Joliet, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving without headlights after a stop March 26 at Cedar Road and Illinois Highway, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Ashlee Knowles, 28, 775 Brockwood Road, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving after being stopped March 27 at Cedar Road and Second Street, police said.
WINDOW BROKEN: A vehicle window was damaged March 27 in the 800 block of North Cedar Road.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Sarah Markus, 22, 490 Lexington Road, New Lenox, was charged with driving on suspended license after she was stopped March 27 in the 500 block of East U.S. 30, police said.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: The back gate and door of a home were damaged March 28 in the 100 block of Maple Lane.
DUI CASE: Carlos Mercado, 18, of Joliet, was charged with drunken driving and improper parking after police observed him stopped in the roadway March 28 in the 600 block of West Maple Street, police said.
BATTERY: Scott DeGroate, 45, of Joliet, was charged with battery after getting into a dispute March 29 with a woman at the AMC Theaters in the 1300 block of West U.S. 30, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Scott Melsome, 31, 1152 N. Cedar Road, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after a March 30 stop at U.S. 30 and Vine Street, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were removed from a vehicle March 30 in the 2300 block of Palmer Ranch Drive.
POT POSSESSION: Jeremy Starshak, 21, 2663 E. U.S. 30, New Lenox, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and speeding after a stop March 30 at U.S. 30 and Dougal Road, police said.
DUI ARREST: Lawrence Spaulding, 35, 2452 Cattleman Drive, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving and running a stop sign March 31 after a stop in the 100 block of Veterans Parkway, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle March 31 in the 2000 block of Arthurs Pass.
WINDOW BROKEN: A window was broken on a home April 1 in the 100 block of South Cedar Road.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Various items were removed from an unlocked vehicle April 3 in the 2600 block of Sierra Canyon.
FAMILY SCAM: An elderly woman was victimized in a con scheme March 18 in the 9200 block of Franklin Avenue, Frankfort Township, when she wired $2,500 to an individual who claimed to be her grandson and needed money to rent a car in the Philippines, police said. They said the woman later contacted her grandson and learned that it was not him who called asking for money.
VEHICLES BURGLARIZED: A garage door opener and a GPS unit were stolen from two vehicles March 20 in the 7900 block of Kingston Drive, Frankfort Township.
HOME VANDALIZED: An abandoned house in the 18000 block of Townline Road, Frankfort Township, was vandalized March 21 when intruders put holes in drywall, drew graffiti on the walls, poured liquid over the carpeting and floors, removed breakers from the electrical panel and stole 180 feet of copper pipe.
POT POSSESSION: Lauren Quiroz, 20, 20378 Grand Traverse Drive, Frankfort, was charged with possession of marijuana after a stop March 21 at Folkers Drive and Maple Street, Frankfort Township, police said.
CIGARETTES THEFT: Forty cases of cigarettes and assorted smoking accessories were stolen March 23 from Ameen Discount Corp., in the 7900 block of U.S. 30, Frankfort Township.
BATTERY: Jodi Lawlor, 42, 20152 Frankfort Square Road. Frankfort Township, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after she had yelled profanities at cashiers and customers March 23 at a gas station in the 19700 block of Harlem Avenue, Frankfort Township, police said.
COPPER CAPER: Copper pipe was stolen March 25 from a house under construction in the 18000 block of Buckberry Lane, Frankfort Township.
FAMILY SCAM: A con game was reported March 25 after an elderly woman in the 1300 block of Sioux Court, New Lenox Township, reported that she wired $1,423 to a person who had falsely claimed to be her grandson.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: John Ludington, 44, 636 Oxford Court, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license and improper lane use after a stop March 29 at U.S. 30 and Spencer Road, New Lenox Township, police said.
