New Lenox, Will County police blotter

NEW LENOX

VANDALISM: A mailbox was damaged April 15 in the 1000 block of Cooper Road.

BATTERY: Laqundra Archer, 21, of Joliet, was charged with aggravated battery following an incident April 17 at Silver Cross Hospital in the 1900 block of Silver Cross Boulevard.

DUI ARREST: Amanda Burklow, 22, of Manhattan, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and no insurance after a stop April 19 at U.S. 30 and Roberts Road, police said.

THEFT: An air conditioner was stolen April 20 from a house that was for sale in the 1300 block of Grandview Drive.

HOME BURGLARY: Gaming equipment and an unknown amount of cash were stolen April 20 from a home in the 200 block of Pine Street.

DUI CHARGE: Stacia Piecuch, 25, of Manhattan, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and no insurance after an April 22 stop at U.S. 30 and Williams Street, police said.

WILL COUNTY

VANDALISM: The rear window of a student’s truck was smashed April 16 in the parking lot of Lincoln-Way East High School, 201 W. Colorado Ave., Frankfort Township.

WINDOW BUSTED: A large rock was thrown through the windshield of a dump truck April 16 at Lincoln-Way Central High School, 1801 E. U.S. 30, New Lenox Township.
