VANDALISM: A vehicle’s windshield was cracked by an unknown object Aug. 18 at U.S. 6 and Interstate 355.
THEFT: A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle Aug. 19 in the 3000 block of East Cass Street.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Marc Zielinski, 27, 1560 Hoop Court, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and no insurance after a stop Aug. 19 at Gear Drive and Haven Avenue, police said.
WINDOW BROKEN: A window was broken Aug. 19 at the rear of a house in the 200 block of Oak Street.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Christine Gedmin, 35, 125 Twilight Lane, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Aug. 20 at Roy Street and Joliet Highway, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: James Blokel, 41, 1432 N. Cedar Road, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after an Aug. 20 stop at U.S. 6 and Cedar Road, police said.
THEFT: A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle Aug. 20 in the 2000 block of East Laraway Road.
WARRANT ARREST: Craig Burklow, 48, 202 Dundee, Lockport, was arrested on a Will County warrant when police responded Aug. 20 to a complaint of an intoxicated person in the 1900 block of Heatherway Lane, police said.
CHECK FRAUD: A customer used fraudulent checks to make purchases worth $2,000 on Aug. 20 at Wal-Mart in the 500 block of East U.S. 30.
VANDALISM: A vehicle was dented when someone threw an object at it Aug. 21 in the 600 block of West U.S. 30.
DRUG CHARGES: Luke Bertolini, 21, 13853 W. Carriage, Manhattan, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and a passenger, Hailey Griffin, 21, 1009 Shagbark Road, New Lenox, was charged with possession of marijuana after a stop Aug. 22 in the 900 block of South Cedar Road, police said.
DRUG POSSESSION: Katie Young, 27, 624 Oxford Court, New Lenox, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after she had obtained a fraudulent prescription Aug. 23 at Walgreens in the 400 block of Nelson Road, police said.
DUI ARREST: Christopher Rayson, 29, 337 Sunset Trail, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and no insurance Aug. 23 after a stop on his block, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: iPhone chargers and loose change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle Aug. 24 in the 300 block of Monterey Drive.
VANDALISM: A vehicle tire was punctured Aug. 25 in the 1000 block of Shagbark Road.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Anthony Laschober, 31, 19331 Lisadell Drive, Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license and improper lane use after a stop Aug. 13 at 191st Street and 80th Avenue, Frankfort Township, police said.
THEFT: Two golf carts were stolen Aug. 17 from the parking lot of Willow Run Golf Course, 12600 W. 187th St., New Lenox Township.
VANDALISM: Windows on five vehicles were broken Aug. 18 with landscape bricks in a rash of vandalism in Frankfort Square. The incidents occurred in the 20400 block of Acorn Ridge Drive, the 7600 block of Lakeside Drive, the 20000 block of Countryside Lane and the 20000 block of Pine Hill Road, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: A wallet containing $500 was stolen Aug. 18 from an unlocked vehicle in the 11000 block of Elmwood Court in Frankfort Township.
BURGLARY: Various tools and a five-gallon can full of gasoline were stolen Aug. 19 from a garage in the 11000 block of West U.S. 30, Frankfort Township.
