DUI ARREST: Edward Coultas, 55, 9649 Leavitt, Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use and no insurance after a Sept. 15 stop at 80th Avenue and Laraway Road, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Tiffany D. Roberts, 27, 15255 Calitonia Drive, Markham, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no front plate and was arrested on a Matteson warrant after a stop Sept. 19 at U.S. 30 and Plank Trail Drive, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Henry Haddad, 34, 7458 W. Lakeside Drive, Frankfort, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and no insurance after being stopped Sept. 20 at Pfeiffer Road and Sauk Trail, police said.
THEFTS: Catalytic converters were reported stolen Sept. 20 and 21 from seven vehicles in business parking lots in the 10000, 11000 and 11100 blocks of U.S. 30 and the 21000 and 21100 blocks of LaGrange Road.
DUI CHARGE: Luci Plewa, 47, 21451 River Road, Frankfort Township, was charged with drunken driving, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use after she was stopped Sept. 21 in the 21300 block of Brittany, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Hugo Ornelas Contreras, 40, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license Sept. 23 after a stop at U.S. 30 and Pfeiffer Road, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen Sept. 24 from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 8600 block of Hotchkiss Drive.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Items were stolen Sept. 24 from an unlocked vehicle in a business parking lot in the first block of Bankview Drive.
THEFT: A man stole a cellphone Sept. 17 from a store display at AT&T Wireless, 11244 West U.S. 30.
CAR BURGLARY: A change purse was stolen Sept. 21 from a Mokena couple’s car while it was being detailed at Fuller’s Car Wash, 19510 LaGrange Road.
VANDALISM: A Mokena man resident told police someone slashed a tire on his car Sept. 22, shortly after he called police about a loud drinking party in his neighbor’s garage in the 19400 block of Tramore Lane.
