Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Julio Osorio Rodriguez, 38, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop April 10 in the 200 block of Colorado Avenue, police said.

NO LICENSE: Edward Soto Garcia, 47, of Lyons, was charged with driving without a valid license or registration, no insurance and improper lighting after being stopped April 11 at U.S. 30 and Harlem Avenue, police said.

DUI ARREST: Brittany Erfft, 24, 21287 Brittany Drive, Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use after an April 13 stop at Sauk Trail and Harlem Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ryan E. Jensen, 26, of Bourbonnais, was charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and using a cellphone while driving after he was stopped April 14 at Frankfort Main and LaGrange Road, police said.

WARRANT ARREST: Sean M. Ryan, 30, 6605 Oak Forest Ave., Tinley Park, was arrested April 15 on a Will County warrant in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Kyle A. Rice, 21, 5121 Roberta Lane, Richton Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving without taillights after a stop April 15 in the 9300 block of U.S. 30, police said.

MARIJUANA CHARGE: Nicole Lief, 18, 19500 Trenton Way, Mokena,was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after an April 17 stop in the 200 block of Mulberry Road, police said.

DUI ARREST: Brian S. Zimmerman, 33, 385 Nevada St., Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after being stopped April 18 at Folkers Road and Old Frankfort Way, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Wanda Sullivan, 31, 324 N. Boston, Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance April 20 after a stop at Bronson Drive and Laraway Road, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Robert E. Roundtree, 50, of Calumet City, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped April 22 at Center and Laraway roads, police said.

MOKENA

POT ARREST: Jarrett Rueth, 22, 19844 Scarth Lane, Mokena, was charged with possession of marijuana after an April 12 stop in the 11700 block of Francis Road, police said.

WINDOW SHOT OUT: A BB shot broke out a front-door window April 13 at a home in the 18800 block of Meadowview Drive.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Elias Georgacopoulos, 49, 18701 Creekview Lane, Mokena, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with a report of domestic violence after an April 15 incident at his home, police said.

DRUG ARREST: Katherine Conley, 19, 10830 S. Whipple St., Chicago, was charged with possession of prescription drugs and drug equipment and no insurance after an April 17 stop at 116th Avenue and 195th Street, police said.

MARIJUANA CHARGE: Daniel Kerry, 19, of Dearborn Heights, Mich., was charged with selling marijuana, possession of drug equipment, speeding, reckless driving and running a stop sign after police found $400 worth of marijuana in a mason jar in his car during an April 18 stop at Everett Lane and LaPorte Road, police said.

HEROIN ARREST: Michael Cervi, 22, 17639 Oakwood, Tinley Park, was charged with possession of heroin and hypodermic needles after police found him April 19 lying in the bushes behind Beggars Pizza, 9515 W. 191st St., police said.

DUI CASE: Travis Bennett, 26, of Pingree Grove, Ill., was charged with drunken driving and running a stop sign after a stop April 19 at Everett Lane and LaPorte Road, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Mamduh Beituni, 27, 7728 W. 108th St., Worth, was charged with drunken driving, possession of marijuana, illegal transportation of alcohol, reckless driving, speeding and improper lane use after he was clocked driving at 98 mph April 20 in the 18800 block of Wolf Road, police said.

THEFT: A wallet and jewelry were stolen from a diner’s purse April 22 at El Cortez restaurant, 10128 W. 191st St.
