NEW LENOX

SIDING DAMAGED: The siding of a house was damaged Jan. 3 in the 2600 block of Gannet Lane.

WARRANT ARREST: Ryan West, 21, 3002 Carlyle Court, New Lenox, turned himself in on a warrant Jan. 3 at the police station.

VANDALISM: A vehicle window was broken Jan. 3 in the 300 block of West Maple Street. Nothing was taken.

PURSE PILFERED: Money and a purse were stolen Jan. 3 from two vehicles parked in a lot in the 200 block of East Maple Street.

DRUG EQUIPMENT: Joshua Varichak, 20, 12206 Cashlenan Lane, New Lenox Township, was charged with possession of drug equipment, having expired registration and no insurance, and his passenger, Corey Bueschel, 21, 337 Hillside Road, New Lenox Township, was charged with possession of drug equipment after a stop Jan. 3 at U.S. 30 and Marley Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Leann Michalski, 43, 2250 Cattleman Drive, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and no insurance after a Jan. 4 stop in the 1000 block of Laraway Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Lawrence Gates, 33, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Jan. 4 in the 1800 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

NO REGISTRATION: Richard Plunge, 23, of Joliet, was charged with having expired registration and no insurance after a stop Jan. 4 in the 1800 block of West U.S. 30. He allegedly placed a registration sticker from another vehicle on an expired plate.

DUI CHARGE: Justin Kulish, 20, of Wilmington, was charged with drunken driving, running a stop sign and possession of heroin and drug equipment, and a passenger, Joseph Bartolomucci, 20, 61 Abbey Court, New Lenox, was charged with possession of drug equipment and obstructing justice after a Jan. 4 stop at Gear Drive and Mustang Lane, police said.

WARRANT ARREST: Donald Moruzzi, 49, 1108 Shagbark Court, New Lenox, turned himself in on a warrant Jan. 4 at the police station.

MOWER THEFT: A lawn mower was stolen Jan. 4 from a garage in the 400 block of Marley Road.

IPOD STOLEN: An iPod was reported stolen Jan. 5 from a residence during a New Year’s party in the 2000 block of Southwind Drive.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jason Spiess, 25, 2901 Rydal St., New Lenox Township, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having a cracked windshield, obstructing justice and no insurance after a stop Jan. 5 in the 2100 block of Calistoga Drive, police said.

NO LICENSE: Brittany Bysina, 19, 12318 Donegal Lane, New Lenox, was charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and no insurance after she was stopped Jan. 5 at Maple Road and Pine Street, police said.

PHONE HARASSMENT: A resident in the 1500 block of Andrea Drive reported Jan. 7 receiving obscene phone messages.

NO LICENSE: Juan Medina, 45, of Joliet, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance after a Jan. 8 stop at U.S. 30 and Walona Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Robert Rajaballey, 45, of Crest Hill, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and having expired registration after a stop Jan. 8 in the 600 block of East U.S. 30, police said.

WILL COUNTY

FRAUD: Debit card fraud was reported Dec. 27 in the 20000 block of Driftwood Drive, Frankfort Township, after an unknown person made two online purchases totaling more than $1,100.

DOOR DAMAGED: Someone threw a rock at a front door window, causing it to shatter, Dec. 28 in the 19000 block of 114th Avenue, Frankfort Township.

COPPER THEFT: Copper wire and copper buss bars were stolen between Dec. 23 and 29 from two cell towers in the 1400 block of North Cedar Road, New Lenox Township.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A wallet was stolen Dec. 30 from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Summerfield Drive, New Lenox Township.

GRINCH ATTACK: An inflatable Santa was slashed Jan. 1 on the front lawn of a residence in the 400 block of Old Hickory Road, New Lenox Township.
