Lewis University

Brittney Scott, of Country Club Hills, was among several applied sociology students from Lewis University in Romeoville who recently raised money to fill 30 backpacks with school supplies for the Angels R. Watching Foundation.

Illinois State University

Danielle Trasatti, of Homer Glen, has been selected as a 2012 Business Week Mentor at Illinois State University in Normal, Ill. Trasatti is the president of the Society for Human Resource Management, an active member of the Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity and was on the Business Week Committee from 2010 to 2011.

Lewis University

Michelle Krzystyniak, of Orland Park, is a disc jockey for the Lewis University WLRA radio station in Romeoville. Krzystyniak recently participated in the “To Kill a DJ” marathon fundraiser, which raised more than $6,100 for Family Assistance Fund for Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn.

University of Indianapolis

Meghan Sullivan, of Tinley Park, has been named to the first semester dean’s list at the University of Indianapolis.

St. Mary’s University of Minnesota

Julianne Bartosz, of Mokena, has been named to the first semester dean’s list at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, Minn.

Hope College
