COUNTRY CLUB HILLS
CAR BURGLARY: A Blackberry phone and an iPod Touch were stolen May 20 from a car in the 1100 block of Williamsburg Road.
CAR BURGLARY: Two GPS systems, a DVD player and phone charger were stolen May 22 from a car in the 18000 block of Idlewild Drive.
BATTERY: Jeremy Fumbanks, 19, 17819 Cypress Ave., Country Club Hills, was charged with battery and criminal trespass after attacking a student May 22 outside the main entrance to Hillcrest High School, 17401 Pulaski Road, police said.
FLEEING POLICE: Myeshia Holmes, 24, 17906 Ravisloe Terrace, Country Club Hills, was charged with fleeing police, endangering the life of a child, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, speeding, having expired registration and not wearing a seat belt after refusing to stop for police May 22 and crashing her car in a front yard in the 17500 block of Country Club Drive, with an 8-year-old child unbuckled in the back seat, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: An Xbox game system was stolen May 24 from a home in the 17700 block of Central Park Avenue.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Darius Morgan, 22, 4508 W. 175th Place, Country Club Hills, was charged with domestic battery after a May 26 incident at his home, police said.
FLOSSMOOR
THEFT: A riding lawn mower was stolen May 16 from a yard in the 1600 block of Princeton Road.
RETAIL THEFT: Sean L. Newsome, 45, 4210 Applewood Lane, Matteson, was charged with retail theft after stealing about $152 worth of items May 18 from CVS Pharmacy, 3200 Flossmoor Road, police said.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: Antoine Matthew Jr., 23, of Chicago, was charged with criminal damage to property after he broke windows May 20 at a house in the 18700 block of Avers Avenue, police said.
BROKEN WINDOW: A rear window was broken after someone attempted to pry it open May 21 at a house in the 19000 block of Springfield Avenue.
POT POSSESSION: Justin S. Summons, 21, 1824 California Ave., Homewood; Blake A. Williams, 21, 2751 Tarpon Court, Homewood; and Michael A. Smith, 28, 4329 Applewood Lane, Matteson, were charged with possession of marijuana May 22 in the 1300 block of Rosewood Court, police said.
