COUNTRY CLUB HILLS

HOME BURGLARY: A Country Club Hills man told police someone broke into his home July 24 in the 17700 block of Sarah Lane and stole two televisions.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: William Webb, 49, 17719 Oakwood Ave., Country Club Hills, was charged with domestic battery after a July 24 incident at his home, police said.

DUI ARREST: Sarah Krohn, 21, 808 Aeronac Court, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after she was stopped July 26 stop at 183rd Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

BATTERY: Tatiana Vassel, 21, 16935 Crane Ave., Hazel Crest, was charged with battery after shoving another woman July 26 during a dispute about a boyfriend at Wal-Mart, 4005 W. 168th Place, police said.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Domonique Smith, 18, 3920 W. 178th Place, Country Club Hills, was charged with domestic battery after a July 26 disturbance at her home, police said.

DUI CHARGE: William Kolstad, 48, of Brick, N.J., was charged with drunken driving and speeding after a July 27 stop at 169th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

HOMEWOOD

VEHICLE BURGLARY: CDs were stolen July 17 or 18 from a vehicle in the 90 block of Bowling Green Drive.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Michael Gough, 55, of the 1100 block of Hickory Road, Homewood, was charged with domestic battery after a July 19 incident at his home, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Geoff Thomas, 18, 19013 Center Ave., Homewood, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest July 19 in the 19000 block of Center Avenue, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A purse and other items were stolen July 20 from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Hillview Road.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Rome Tucker, 33, of the 1800 block of Sycamore Road, Homewood, was charged with domestic battery after a July 20 disturbance at his home, police said.

THEFT: A lock was cut and a bicycle was stolen July 20 from a rack at the Metra station, 18020 Harwood Ave.

DAMAGED PROPERTY: Flood lights were broken July 21 behind Sweat Equity, 2400 183rd Street.

BATTERY: Sandro Espinoza, 4341 Andover Drive, Richton Park, was charged with battery and was arrested on a Homewood warrant July 21 in the 17400 block of Halsted Street, police said.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: Pry marks were discovered July 21 on a rear door of a house in the 18500 block of Highland Avenue.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY: A window screen was cut and a window was opened July 22 at a house in the 19200 block of Center Avenue.

BROKEN WINDOW: A window was broken July 23 at a house in the 300 block of Hickory Road.

THEFT: A bicycle was stolen July 23 from a rack at the Metra station, 18015 Harwood Ave.

ATTEMPTED THEFT: An air conditioner was damaged July 23 outside a building in the 17500 block of 175th Street after someone opened it and tried to remove parts.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Bessie Ward, 45, 432 Roberts, Glenwood, was charged with domestic battery, criminal damage to property and trespassing after a July 24 altercation in the 1300 block of Poplar Court, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Shelonda Tagget, 47, 62 Ash St., Park Forest, was charged with retail theft after she stole about $195 in clothing July 24 from Kmart, 17550 Halsted St., police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Mildred Butler, 48, 3701 Peach Grove, Hazel Crest, was charged with retail theft after she stole about $159 worth of goods July 24 from Kmart, 17550 Halsted St., police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A GPS unit and change were stolen July 25 from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway in the 1700 block of Terrace Road.

THEFT: A bicycle was stolen July 25 from a rack at the Metra station, 18020 Harwood Ave.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: Paperwork was stolen July 25 from a vehicle inside an open garage in the 18700 block of Delta Road.

POT POSSESSION: William Mustafaa, 27, of Chicago, was charged with felony possession of marijuana after he was found with 46 grams of the drug July 26 in the 18000 block of Halsted Street, police said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Todd Butler, 22, of the 1800 block of Maple Road, Homewood, was charged with criminal damage to property and resisting arrest after a July 27 altercation at his home, police said.
