HOME BURGLARY: A video game system was stolen Jan. 18 or 19 from a home in the 3600 block of 177th Street.
HAIRY THEFT: An employee of Coco Beauty Supply, 4161 W. 183rd St., told police two teenage girls stole $760 worth of hair weaves before fleeing in a white taxicab on Jan. 22.
HOME BURGLARY: A television and jewelry were stolen Jan. 22 from a house in the 17900 block of Huntleigh Court.
CAR THEFT: A Kia sedan was stolen Jan. 25 or 26 in the 4200 block of 189th Street.
BREAK-IN: A 70-year-old Olympia Fields man told police someone around Jan. 26 broke into a vacant house he owns in the 17700 block of John Avenue, stole a refrigerator and stove and tore down a partition wall.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Reginald Finley, 47, 4631 W. 185th Place, Country Club Hills, was charged with domestic battery after a Jan. 27 incident at his home, police said.
EMPLOYEE THEFT: Jean Slaton, 29, of the 9300 block of Hunter Drive in Orland Hills, was charged with retail theft after stealing several hundred painkiller pills between Nov. 16 and Jan. 11 from Walgreens, 820 183rd St., where she was employed, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Marcus Coburn, 27, of Markham, was charged with marijuana possession, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and driving without head lights Jan. 19 after a stop at Spruce Road and Dundee Avenue, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: A refrigerator, stove, kitchen table, kitchen chairs, lawn mower, snowblower and mountain bike were stolen Jan. 20 from a house in the first block of 185th Place.
DUI ARREST: Christopher Lockhart, 39, of the 300 block of Illinois Avenue in Glenwood, was charged with drunken driving, possession of cocaine and improper lane use after a stop Jan. 20 in the 17800 block of Halsted Street, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Kevin Hayes, 23, of Lynwood, was charged with drunken driving and not wearing a seat belt after he was stopped Jan. 21 at Ridge Road and Halsted Street, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Corey Livsey, 43, of Country Club Hills, was charged with retail theft after stealing items Jan. 22 from Target, 17605 Halsted St., police said.
THEFT: A snowblower was stolen Jan. 24 from a residence in the 100 block of Ashland Avenue.
RETAIL THEFT: Kayla Bennet, 18, and Destiny Anderson, 17, both of Chicago, were charged with retail theft after stealing goods Jan. 24 from Kohl’s, 17620 Halsted St., police said.
