Rich Central’s mock trial team takes title

Rich Central’s mock trial team recently took first place in the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Sixth Municipal District Mock Trial Competition.
Eleven teams from the Suburban Southwest conference competed, according to a news release.
The Olympians’ team included Raven Ford-Lee, Ayrren Calhoun, Alexis Evans-Keen and Tiffany Montgomery.
In addition to a faculty coach, Judge Douglass Simpson helped mentor the Rich Central team.
